The General Contracting Conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between CLIMBSKIN SL and the user or client, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of rights digital, General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Regulation, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

CLIMBSKIN SL reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, in the General Conditions. Said modifications may be made, through their websites, by any means admissible by law and will be mandatory during the time they are published on the web and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. However, CLIMBSKIN SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Particular Conditions of Contract in preference to these General Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner.

The purpose of the website is specialized trade in climbing accessories.

The duration of the contract will be linked to the delivery of the product without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.

As a user or client, you expressly declare that you know, understand and accept the conditions of use and these general contracting conditions. In the same way, you declare to be of legal age and have the legal capacity and to act necessary for access to the CLIMBSKIN SL websites and contracting through them.

These data will not be public. You are responsible for treating confidentially and responsibly the identity and password obtained in the registration as a client, and cannot transfer them to another. You can modify the registered information at any time, in your client area. In this same section you will have access to a history of your orders, this is only a consultation section but its management is allowed, and the user can delete those records that he considers it is not necessary to view.

Once the purchase process is complete, the customer will receive a confirmation by email. It is essential that during the purchase process the user indicates a valid email. The client, upon receiving the product at the delivery address provided, will receive an invoice or copy of the order.

In compliance with current regulations, CLIMBSKIN SL offers information on all items for sale, their characteristics and prices. However, CLIMBSKIN SL reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered through its website, by simply changing its content. In this way, the products offered at any time by the web will be governed by the General Contract Conditions in force in each case. Likewise, the company will have the power to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned products.

Essential characteristics of the products

The products offered in our online store incorporate a photograph and its essential characteristics, this is the information obtained from the manufacturer itself. The color of the product, observable in the photograph, is not binding. It is identified in the characteristics.


All the products offered on the website enjoy the commercial guarantee of the supplier thereof.

CLIMBSKIN SL has an after-sales service, while the guarantee is in force, the customer may execute it by contacting the CLIMBSKIN SL establishment, the after-sales service, by email at roman@climbskin.com or at the points established by the supplier itself. Any claim must be made by the Customer in question within 7 days of delivery of the products. The guarantee will not cover products damaged by improper use.


All products indicate the sale price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

If any other tax were applicable, it would be indicated as such (IGIC or IPSI).

Delivery and transport costs

THE COMPANY undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Client in the order form, and which in any case must be within the Territory. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the Customer for indicating an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

THE COMPANY will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the Client in the order form does not conform to reality or has been omitted.

THE COMPANY informs the Client that it is possible that the same order is divided into several deliveries.

Shipments will be made through the Post Office or a courier company. The order placed by you will be delivered within a maximum period of 10 working days from the order confirmation. Although the usual delivery time of THE COMPANY usually oscillates between 2 and 4 days, from the completion of the order.

For Spain peninsula and the Balearic Islands the shipping cost will be €4.95 (VAT included). Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the shipping cost will be €14.95 for each order.

Once the order leaves our warehouses, you will be sent an e-mail notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being shipped.

For security reasons, THE COMPANY will not send any order to military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.

Payment Methods

The customer may pay the amount of his order by choosing any of the following ways. During the purchase process you must indicate your choice:

When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card. MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees regarding the security of the transaction.

This form of payment is valid only on the web.

When the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using a payment card number, its holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and repayment entries in the accounts of the supplier and the holder will be made as soon as possible.

However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the return requirement was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, would have unduly required the cancellation of the corresponding charge, it will remain obligated before CLIMBSKIN SL to compensation for damages caused as a result of said cancellation.

– Wire transfer

When selecting the bank transfer you will receive, together with the confirmation of your order, an e-mail with the bank details of CLIMBSKIN SL.

It is very important that when making the transfer you indicate the order number in the subject line, as well as your first and last name, and make the transfer within 3 days after the order confirmation date in order to validate it.

If you wish, you can send us the proof of the transfer by e-mail roman@climbskin.com. But in any case, the order will not be considered effective until our administration department has bank confirmation of the transfer.

Remind you that payment must be made in EUROS and that all eventual exchange and bank commissions are at your expense.

In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer, you always notify your bank to take charge of the commissions at origin, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to your entity. Otherwise, CLIMBSKIN SL could stop the shipment of your order by not receiving the full amount of it.

Possible exchange and bank commissions are borne by the client.

Order execution

CLIMBSKIN SL undertakes to deliver the order in a maximum of…….4…. Days, starting from the day following the order.

The availability of the products offered by CLIMBSKIN SL may vary depending on customer demand. Despite the fact that CLIMBSKIN SL updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the client could be out of stock at that moment. In the event of non-execution due to unavailability, CLIMBSKIN SL will notify the client by email as soon as it becomes aware of this situation. The period of this communication will not exceed in any case the maximum period of 30 days. CLIMBSKIN SL may give the double option of: supplying the customer without a price increase, a product with similar characteristics or of superior quality, or unless justified and demonstrable reasons by CLIMBSKIN SL within this same period, pay the amounts paid for the canceled order.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer will have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be carried out by means of notification by emailing roman@climbskin.com, sending your letter to our postal address CALLE DE ENMEDIO7 28540, PERALES DE TAJUÑA (MADRID), or through of the withdrawal form.


The customer must return or deliver the product directly to CLIMBSKIN SL, at the address CALLE DE ENMEDIO7 28540, PERALES DE TAJUÑA (MADRID), without undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date in which the right of withdrawal from the contract is formalized. The term will be understood to have been met if the customer returns the product before the end of the term.

The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.

THE COMPANY will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:

The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must keep its original packaging and labeling.

The shipment must be made using the same box in which it was received to protect the product. In the event that it cannot be done with the box with which it was delivered, the Client must return it in a protective box so that the product reaches the warehouse of THE COMPANY with the maximum possible guarantees.

A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package, where the returned products and the reason for the return are also marked.

In order to facilitate the return process for Customers and to be able to correctly monitor it, THE COMPANY establishes as the only return procedure that established by THE COMPANY. If the reason for the return is attributable to THE COMPANY (the product is defective, it is not the one you ordered, etc.), the amount of the return will be refunded. If the reason is another (the products were served correctly but are not to your liking), the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:

THE COMPANY will inform the client of the address to which the product must be sent.

The client must send it through a courier company of his choice. The return must be paid by the customer.

Inform the courier company used, date and time of the return.

Refunds to the CUSTOMER

The return of the products will give rise to a refund equal to the cost of the returned products less the cost of the return service.

Only in the event that the product delivered is defective or incorrect, THE COMPANY will also reimburse the Customer for the corresponding shipping costs.

Returns and partial cancellations will result in partial refunds.

THE COMPANY will manage the return order under the same system that was used for payment within 3 days from the confirmation of arrival at the warehouse of the returned order. The application of the refund to the Customer’s account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The application period will be up to 7 days for debit cards and up to 30 days for credit cards.

Payment refund

CLIMBSKIN SL will pay the amounts paid by the client within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the right of withdrawal.

CLIMBSKIN SL may withhold the refund until the product has been received, reason for withdrawal, or until the customer provides proof of return, depending on which condition is met first.

Return of the defective product

In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not a consequence of the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing CLIMBSKIN SL of the reason for return through any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, and at no cost to the client. This return due to defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.

CLIMBSKIN SL undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

Likewise, CLIMBSKIN SL reserves the right to present civil or criminal actions that it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and contents or for breach of these conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by current regulations and applicable in Spanish territory. If any controversy arises, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
